Monkwearmouth Academy Visits The Fans Museum
Today we were delighted to welcome Year 8 humanities students from Monkwearmouth Academy to The Fans Museum as part of their studies exploring Change in Sunderland – Past, Present and Future.
It was a pleasure to share our collection and showcase how football, community and local history have played such an important role in Sunderland’s past and continue to shape its future.
We hope everyone enjoyed their visit, found it both informative and inspiring and we look forward to welcoming Monkwearmouth Academy back to The Fans Museum again in the future.
