At The Fans Museum, we believe football has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories.
Our Fans Against Dementia project uses treasured football memorabilia to help people living with dementia reconnect with memories, stories and moments from their past.
Through memory boxes placed in hospitals, hospices and care settings, we aim to bring memories flooding back, spark conversations and create moments of joy, comfort and connection.
We can deliver these sessions anywhere throughout the North of England
