Well the rain didn’t deter the guys, just proves what the word #team means 
A great night, loads of smiles, laughs and most importantly, the energy these guys are performing at, but it’s always great to get feedback, and what about this statement from Kieron Brady.
” Those coming to train on a Wednesday evening have been a joy to work alongside. Regardless of individual fitness they have applied themselves to the full. They have attempted to specifically what has been asked to do without any dissenting voices. The natural hope and objective is they gain benefits from it, short and long term, physical and mental. For their endeavour to date they more than deserve it.”
