Yet another amazing session and seeing a few new faces is always amazing, lots of #positives and amazing #attitude from the guys who attended.
Remember folks, this is an open night, we go again tomorrow 6pm till 8pm at Thompson Park, Sunderland and the sessions are to cater for all #abilities and levels of fitness, make this the day you start moving forward and breaking those #stigmas attached to #mentalhealth
