Fans Museum and John Tones Freedom of The City!
What an honour to have been donated John Tones not only in attendance, but to be the testing home for his a Freedom of The City accolade.
A few names and faces were in attendance to surprise John, and yet more positive memories were forged. John had a chance to meet some of his d Sunderland Schoolboys friends, and members of the squad from that amazing triumph back in 1973 🙌🏻❤️⚽️

Please pop in and see this unique display, we will be changing it for the month of August when the 2023 season starts, although John’s honour will be a permanent fixture, so don’t worry about missing that. The only Museum of its kind in the World, and it’s here in City of Sunderland 🙌🏻❤️⚽️
