Fans Museum and John Tones Freedom of The City!
What an honour to have been donated John Tones not only in attendance, but to be the testing home for his a Freedom of The City accolade.
A few names and faces were in attendance to surprise John, and yet more positive memories were forged. John had a chance to meet some of his d Sunderland Schoolboys friends, and members of the squad from that amazing triumph back in 1973

Please pop in and see this unique display, we will be changing it for the month of August when the 2023 season starts, although John’s honour will be a permanent fixture, so don’t worry about missing that. The only Museum of its kind in the World, and it’s here in City of Sunderland
