Fans Museum Visits North East Dementia Care!
It started 50 years today, dare to dream 
So with that in mind, we started the year with our first outreach project and what a day it was 
Making memories is our goal, and supporting those who need it more so is our passion, an amazing day with North East Dementia Care – Sunderland Branch
Great work carried out with a desire from Sandra, Deborah, Keith and the rest of the staff and families who roll their sleeves up and work to support so many
